Representative Experience

Mr. Olinger has professional experience in the field of geotechnical engineer and is EIT certified.  As a staff engineer with Cotton, Shires and Associates (CSA), Mr. Olinger has been involved with: geotechnical peer reviews for Bay Area municipalities, site specific geotechnical exploration, construction inspection of a large deep-seated landslide affecting multiple residences, topographic surveying and monitoring of inclinometers and other instrumentation, slope stability analysis; and preparation of design plans. Mr. Olinger also has experience administering geotechnical laboratory tests as per ASTM standards.
